Construction & variants
Shell, lining, coating, capacity, outer dimensions, straps, closures and color quantities form the baseline. Ask for MOQ by variant as well as the total order.
Quote Checklist
A price becomes useful when the product revision, quantity and delivery scope are aligned. Use this checklist to distinguish supplier statements from open buyer assumptions.

Ask each supplier to return the same currency and quantity basis. Identify whether the amount refers to one backpack, one set or one carton. Document which construction and decoration revision the offer covers. A missing value stays unconfirmed; a blank line should never silently become zero.
Shell, lining, coating, capacity, outer dimensions, straps, closures and color quantities form the baseline. Ask for MOQ by variant as well as the total order.
Separate reference samples, development samples, decoration setup and repeat approvals. Ask whether any charge is credited, conditional or excluded.
Confirm individual packaging, carton count, carton dimensions and gross weight for the offered configuration. Label text and artwork require buyer approval.
List trade terms, transport mode, US destination, insurance and destination charges actually included. Mark estimates separately from confirmed quote lines.
For an illustrative packing calculation, 10 cartons containing 20 pieces each describe 200 pieces. This arithmetic is not a stock, MOQ or price claim. If another supplier quotes 200 pieces with different packaging, reconcile that difference before comparing the total.
Record sample reference, materials, measurements, decoration placement and reviewer decision. A different-color reference sample may help inspect layout while leaving color and final coating unresolved. Approval should state its scope rather than implying that every later unit has been checked.
Request model-linked documents and test conditions for any waterproof or load claim under consideration. Material-level evidence may exclude seams and closures. No such rating is assigned by this site.
A high-end preference may emphasize finish, documentation and customization support; a budget preference may accept a simpler arrangement. Compare the stated construction and service scope before choosing. These preferences describe buyer priorities, not supplier certification or verified rankings.
Separate artwork sign-off, sample approval, material confirmation, production and transport. Ask the supplier to identify assumptions and revisions that may change timing. Required arrival is a target until confirmed in the order terms.
CPSC's public standards index is a requirement-scoping reference, not evidence that a proposed backpack complies. Exact-item applicability and documents need a specific review. The procurement brief explains a review sequence.
State the specification, pieces by variant, packing, US destination and timing. An optional budget helps frame alternatives when currency and unit or whole-order basis are clear. Explore product options or read how sourcing support works.
